Common use of Expenses of Servicing Transition Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Servicing Transition. All reasonable expenses incurred by the Titling Companies, the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent and the successor Servicer in connection with (i) the transition of servicing rights and obligations to the successor Servicer and (ii) amending this Agreement or any Servicing Supplement or entering into an assumption agreement or new agreement to reflect a succession of the Servicer will be paid by the resigning or terminated Servicer on receipt of an invoice in reasonable detail.
