Common use of Expenses of the Sub-Adviser Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Sub-Adviser. During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser will pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement other than the cost of securities and investments purchased for the Fund (including taxes and brokerage commissions, if any). All other expenses to be incurred in the operation of the Fund will be borne by the Fund, except to the extent specifically assumed by the Sub-Adviser, the Adviser or a third party.

Expenses of the Sub-Adviser. During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser will pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement other than the cost of securities and investments purchased purchased, retained or sold for the Fund (including including, without limitation taxes and brokerage commissions, interest on margin borrowing, custodial fees, dividends payable with respect to securities sold short, interest on account-related loans and debit balances, if any). All other expenses to be incurred in the operation of the Fund will be borne by the Fund, except to the extent specifically assumed by the Sub-Adviser, the Adviser or a third party.

The Sub-Adviser may provide financial support for various activities upon mutual consent of all parties.

During the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, the Sub-Adviser will pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this the Sub-Advisory Agreement other than the cost of securities and investments purchased or sold for the Fund (including taxes and brokerage commissions, if any). All other For the avoidance of doubt, the Sub-Adviser is not obligated to pay the compensation or expenses to be incurred in the operation of the Fund will be borne by Trust’s Chief Compliance Officer, regardless of whether the Fund, except to the extent specifically assumed by Chief Compliance Officer is affiliated with the Sub-Adviser, the Adviser or a third party.
