Common use of Expenses of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Trust. All expenses of the Trust, including (i) the fees and reimbursable expenses of the Trustee in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder and (ii) to the extent not set forth herein, any other expenses of the Trustee that have been reviewed and approved by the Seller, which review shall not be required in connection with the enforcement of a remedy by the Trustee resulting from a default under this Agreement, shall be paid pursuant to Section 7.03(b).

Expenses of the Trust. All expenses of the Trust, including (i) the fees and reimbursable expenses of the Trustee in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder and (ii) to the extent not set forth herein, any other expenses of the Trustee that have been reviewed and approved by the Seller, which review shall not be required in connection with the enforcement of a remedy by the Trustee resulting from a default under this Agreement, Agreement shall be paid pursuant directly by the Seller. Failure by the Seller to Section 7.03(b)pay any such fees or other expenses shall not relieve the Trustee of its obligations hereunder.

Expenses of the Trust. All expenses of the Trust, including (i) the fees and reimbursable expenses of the Trustee and the Securities Administrator in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder and (ii) to the extent not set forth herein, any other expenses of the Trustee and the Securities Administrator that have been reviewed and approved by the SellerSeller (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), which review shall not be required in connection with the enforcement of a remedy by the Trustee resulting from a default under this Agreement, shall be paid pursuant to Section 7.03(b).
