Expenses Payable by Advisor. All investment professionals of the Advisor and/or its affiliates, when and to the extent engaged in providing investment advisory services required to be provided by the Advisor under this Agreement, and the compensation and routine overhead expenses of such personnel allocable to such services, shall be provided and paid for by the Advisor and/or its affiliates and not by the Company.
