Common use of Expenses Reimbursed Clause in Contracts

Expenses Reimbursed. The Employer shall reimburse employees for reasonable expenses incurred by them on authorized Employer business. Receipts for expenditures shall be supplied by the employee on the basis of Employer policy direction. (a) An employee authorized to travel on Employer business utilizing a privately owned automobile shall receive allowances in accordance with the mileage rate established by the Public Service Commission from time to time. (b) Employees shall be reimbursed for accommodation at a private residence or actual and reasonable hotel expenses, supported by a receipt, as established by Employer policy. (c) Employees shall be entitled to meal allowances as established by the Public Service Commission from time to time.
