Common use of Expenses Reimbursed Clause in Contracts

Expenses Reimbursed. On initial appointment to the University each Member shall be entitled to reimbursement for moving expenses subject to the following conditions: a. all claims must be substantiated by official and original receipts; b. the University shall reimburse claims at the rate of 100% to a maximum of $4,000 for Members on a contract of more than twelve (12) months;

Expenses Reimbursed. a) On initial appointment to the University each Member shall be entitled to reimbursement for moving expenses subject to the following conditions: a. i) all claims must be substantiated by official and original receiptsreceipts or reasonable facsimiles; b. ii) the University shall reimburse claims at the rate of 100% to a maximum of $4,000 for Members on a contract 2,500. In exceptional circumstances, the University may exceed this amount. Such conditions will be specified in the initial letter of more than twelve (12) months;appointment.
