Common use of Expenses; Stamp Duty Clause in Contracts

Expenses; Stamp Duty. The Company shall have paid the legal and other fees, costs and out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Purchaser in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, at the rate of $5000, plus any applicable value added tax.
