Expenses; Taxes. (a) Borrower shall reimburse Lender for all expenses incurred by Lender in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, including, without limitation, fees in connection with any bank account, the Lockbox, the Blocked Account, wire charges, automatic clearing house fees and other similar costs and expenses incurred by Lender in carrying out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
