Moving Expenses. Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.
Moving Expenses. The Appointing Authority shall pay the cost of moving and packing the employee's household goods. The employee shall obtain no less than two (2) bids for packing and/or moving household goods and approval must be obtained from the Appointing Authority prior to any commitment to a mover to either pack or ship the employee's household goods. The Appointing Authority shall pay for the moving of house trailers if the trailer is the employee's domicile, and such reimbursement shall include the cost of transporting support blocks, skirts, and/or other attached fixtures.
Moving Expenses. Prior to Article 11 applying, an employee who is identified as surplus as per this Appendix and is required to relocate his/her residence shall receive moving expenses in accordance with the provisions of Part A, Item 23.0. The Employer shall give the Union at least thirty (30) days advance notice of any proposed changes to this policy. Such changes which involve a mandatory subject of bargaining shall be subject to negotiation if requested by the Union.

Moving Expenses. Whenever an employee is reasonably required to change his/her place of residence, the State shall reimburse the employee in accordance with existing administrative regulations. All current rules and regulations applying to State reimbursement of moving and relocation expenses shall remain in effect for the life of this Agreement.
Moving Expenses. At the Employer's discretion, moving expenses may be reimbursed in accordance with applicable state regulations.
Moving Expenses. Moving expenses shall be paid by the Agency when the employee is transferred or moved, except if such move or transfer is a result of the employee bidding on a job according to Article 30 Vacancies. Moving expenses will not be paid by the Agency when an employee is exercising his/her bumping rights under Article 29 Xxxxxx and Recall.
Moving Expenses. If Employer relocates its principal office more than 100 miles from its current principal office, or requests that Employee relocate to one of its offices which is more than 100 miles from its current principal office, and Employee consents to relocate to that new location, Employer shall promptly pay or reimburse Employee for all reasonable moving expenses incurred by Employee in connection with the relocation plus an amount to reimburse Employee for any federal and state income taxes that it has to pay on amounts reimbursed. Employer also shall indemnify Employee against any loss incurred in connection with the sale of Employee's principal residence. The amount of any loss shall be determined by taking the difference between the average of two appraisal prices set by two independent appraisers agreed to by Employer and Employee and the actual sales price of Employee's principal residence.
Moving Expenses. It is understood that all costs including accommodation and moving expenses incurred by an employee in his/her efforts to fill a vacancy or upon a recall after layoff shall be entirely at his/her own expense. Job postings involving vacancies shall clearly outline the requirements of this sub-section. Despite the foregoing, when an employee is transferred at the expressed written request by the Company from one town or city to another within the geographical scope of this Agreement, the Company shall pay the moving of furniture and traveling expenses for an employee and his family.
