EXPENSES TO BE PAID BY THE MANAGER. The Manager shall pay all salaries, expenses and fees of the officers, directors and employees of the Fund who are officers, directors or employees of the Manager. In the event that the Manager pays or assumes any expenses of the Fund not required to be paid or assumed by the Manager under this Agreement, the Manager shall not be obligated hereby to pay or assume the same or any similar expense in the future; PROVIDED, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to relieve the Manager of any obligation to the Fund under any separate agreement or arrangement between the parties.
