Common use of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive him in accordance with the policies, practices policies and procedures of established by the Company provided to senior executives of Compensation Committee for the Company’s senior executive officers in performing services hereunder, provided that Executive properly accounts for such expenses in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive him in performing services hereunder, in accordance with the policies, practices policies and procedures of then in effect and established by the Company provided to for its senior executives of the Companyexecutive officers.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business and documented expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to and its affiliated companies in effect for similarly situated senior executives of the Company and its affiliated companies. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by the Executive upon submission of any request for reimbursement and in a format and manner consistent with the Company’s expense reporting policy.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive him (in accordance with Company practice) in performing services hereunder, provided that Executive properly accounts therefor in accordance with either Company policies or guidelines established by the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the CompanyInternal Revenue Service if such are less burdensome.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company and its subsidiaries provided to senior executives other key management employees of the CompanyCompany and its subsidiaries.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the most favorable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companyand its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business documented expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companyand its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by him in the Executive course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement in accordance with the policiesCompany’s policies in effect from time to time with respect to travel, practices entertainment and procedures of the Company provided to other business expenses for senior executives of the Companyexecutives.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in performance of his duties hereunder provided that the Executive provides all necessary documentation in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companypolicy.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for of all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided expense reimbursement policy applicable to senior executives of the Company, as in effect from time to time, provided that Executive properly substantiates such expenses in accordance with such policy.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the generally applicable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided and its Affiliated Companies as in effect generally from time to senior time after the Effective Date with respect to other similarly situated executives of the CompanyCompany and its Affiliated Companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with his employment, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to Company’s policies for its most senior executives of the Companyemployees.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in performance of Executive’s duties hereunder provided that Executive provides all necessary documentation in accordance with the Companies’ policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company’s policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided in effect from time to senior executives of the Companytime for executive employees.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for of all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided expense reimbursement policy applicable to senior executives of the Company’s senior executives, as in effect from time to time.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives him on behalf of the Company.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company’s standard expense reimbursement policy.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement promptly for all reasonable business expenses expenses, including travel, incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company’s policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in carrying out the Executive’s duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company, provided that the Executive complies with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives for submission of the Companyexpense reports, receipts, or similar documentation of such expenses.
