EXPERIENCE FOR INCREMENT PURPOSES. Provided an employee has not reached maximum salary in accordance with the salary schedule, increments shall be granted for experience gained as a teacher certified to teach in a public school. Increments shall be applied on the first month following the month in which the teacher gains the equivalent of ten (10) months in full-time employment.
