Common use of Experience of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Experience of the Purchaser. The Purchaser has such knowledge, sophistication and experience in business and financial matters so as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment in the Shares, and has so evaluated the merits and risks of such investment. The Purchaser is able to bear the economic risk of an investment in the Shares and is able to afford a complete loss of such investment. The Purchaser and its advisors, if any, have been furnished with all materials relating to the business, financial condition and results of operations of the Company, and materials relating to the offer and sale of the Shares, that have been requested by the Purchaser or its advisors, if any. The Purchaser acknowledges and understands that its investment in the Shares involves a significant degree of risk.
