Experience on Initial Employment. All employees on initial employment shall be given credit for all substantially equivalent experience, as determined by the Superintendent/designee, with Trumbull County public school districts to a maximum of fifteen (15) years. Other employees on initial employment may be given up to fifteen (15) years credit at the discretion of the Superintendent/designee for work experience.
