Common use of Expert’s Budget Clause in Contracts

Expert’s Budget. 113. Within 60 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Expert will prepare a proposed budget for the first year under the Agreement, consistent with the Expert’s duties pursuant to Section IX.B. The Expert shall annually submit to the Parties a proposed budget for the duration of this Agreement.

The Expert shall annually thereafter will submit to the Parties a proposed budget budget, no later than March 31, for the duration of this Agreement.
