Common use of Expiration Clause Clause in Contracts

Expiration Clause. This Agreement will expire ten (10) years from the effective date, unless extended by written agreement of all Signatories. The Signatories will meet no later than six (6) months prior to the expiration of this Agreement to determine if renewal and/or revision is warranted.
