Common use of Expiration Date; Term Clause in Contracts

Expiration Date; Term. Subject to Section 5(c) below, the Option shall have a term of ten (10) years from the Grant Date and shall terminate at the expiration of that period, unless it is terminated at an earlier date pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan. The ten-year period from the Grant Date to its tenth anniversary shall constitute the “Term” of the Option.
