Expiration of ACEIP. Tier 1. Customer consent granted herein will expire upon termination of the Agreement. In accordance with section 1.1.1, within 30 days of receiving the Customer’s request, Axon will no longer access or use Customer Content for ACEIP Purposes and will delete ACEIP Content. Axon will also delete any derivative works which may reasonably be capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to, Customer.
