EXPIRATION OF AGREEMENT PROVISIONS. In the event a new Agreement has not been awarded upon the expiration of this Agreement, and renewal options are not exercised, the CONTRACTOR agrees to provide service to the TOWN for an additional ninety (90) calendar day period beyond the expiration of the Agreement at the then established rates, provided the TOWN requests said services, in writing, at such time.
