EXTENSION OF CONTRACT The Director of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.
Expiration of Contract Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause GC 2.6 hereof, this Contract shall expire at the end of such time period after the Effective Date as specified in the SC.
EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires January 31, 2023, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. Delays and Extension of Time If the Contractor is delayed at any time in the progress of providing goods and/or services by an act or neglect of the District, or by changes ordered in the work, or by labor disputes, strikes, insurrections, fire, acts of God; unusual but well documented and excusable delays in performance, or other causes beyond the Contractor’s control, or by delay authorized by the District, then the contract Term of service may be extended by a contract amendment for such reasonable time as the District and the Contractor may agree.
Amendments; Renewal Any amendments, consents to or waivers of the terms of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. The parties may renew this Contract by their signed, written instrument.
Term of Contract and Termination (1) This Contract shall enter into force with retroactive effect on Contract award. It documents the mutual rights and obligations on the delivery of gas by the Supplier on the basis of one or more successful tenders in the OGE call for tenders for fuel gas. This Contract shall end at the end of the delivery period without notice having to be given.
Exceptions and Extension of Payment Due Date NYSERDA has determined that, notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 504.3 and 504.4 of this Exhibit, any of the following facts or circumstances, which may occur concurrently or consecutively, reasonably justify extension of the Payment Due Date:
Term of Contract The term of this Contract shall be one (1) year commencing on the last date of approval by DIR and Vendor. Prior to expiration of the original term, DIR and Vendor may extend the Contract, upon mutual agreement, for up to three (3) optional one-year terms. Additionally, the parties by mutual agreement may extend the term for up to ninety (90) additional calendar days.
Extension of Deadlines If the deadline for signing, approving, or refunding under paragraphs 3, 5, or 6 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal holiday, the deadline will be extended to the end of the next business day.
