Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section.
Effective Date and Term The amendments to the Contract as set out in this Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date and shall cease to have effect on the Expiry Date or earlier termination of the Contract.
Commencement Date and Term 1.1 This Agreement shall come into force on [insert date] (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to paragraph 1.2 below, shall continue in full force and effect until [insert date] OR [until all Services have been completed and all Deliverables have been delivered to the British Council’s satisfaction as set out in Schedule 2 (Terms of Reference)] (the “Term”).
Effective Date and Termination Date The term of this SCIA shall commence on the Effective Date indicated on page 1 above and terminate on December 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for below.
Extension Terms County may, at its sole option, extend the term of this Agreement beyond the Initial Term for up to ___ additional one-year terms at the same rates and under the same terms provided for herein (each such period being an “Extension Term”). An employee’s pay level within the range for the employee’s salary grade will be determined based on the employee’s demonstrated performance. The parties recognize the salary ranges and the salary paid to individual employees are minimums. In the event of job reclassification, employees will be moved into the appropriate salary grade and be paid in accordance with the corresponding salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary below that of the new salary range, they shall be brought up to the minimum of the new salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary above that of the new salary range, their salary shall be red circled until such time as their wage/ salary is within the salary range, however, they will be provided with a lump sum payment in lieu of their annual wage/salary increase. Amendments; Renewal Any amendments, consents to or waivers of the terms of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. The parties may renew this Contract by their signed, written instrument.
Extension of Deadlines If the deadline for signing, approving, or refunding under paragraphs 3, 5, or 6 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state or federal holiday, the deadline will be extended to the end of the next business day.
Effective Date and Term of Agreement This Agreement is effective and binding on the Company and Employee as of the date hereof; provided, however, that, subject to Section 2(d), the provisions of Sections 3 and 4 shall become operative only upon the Change in Control Date.
