Expiration Of Policies. Upon the expiration date of each insurance policy required in Sections 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5 above, Contractor shall provide to the City an insurance certificate showing that a new or extended policy has been obtained which meets the requirements of this Agreement. Contractor shall provide to the City all required endorsements for the new or extended policies within fifteen calendar days of the expiration date of each expiring insurance policy.
