Tenant and Tenant’s family members, guests, employees and agents are subject to the Rules and Regulations included in this Lease, and such other and further reasonable rules and regulations as Landlord may adopt from time to time. Tenant is responsible in all aspects for the actions of any of the above people. The Rules and Regulations are hereby made a part of this Lease and incorporated into it as terms hereof and any violation of these Rules and Regulations by Tenant and/or Tenant’s family members, guests, employees, and agents shall constitute a substantial and material violation of this Lease by Tenant thereby affording Landlord the remedies at Landlord’s option set hereinabove. 24. a. No personal belongings of any type are to be left on the lawns, walks, parking areas, stairs, landings, patios, public halls, or in any common area(s). Tenant will be responsible for keeping his/her own breezeways, patios, and stairways clean and free of debris. Tenant shall not obstruct the driveways, sidewalks, courts, entryways, stairs and/or halls, which shall be used for the purposes of ingress and egress only.
24. b. Loud and boisterous noise or any objectionable, abusive or threatening behavior by any resident or guest towards the management or other residents or guests is not permitted. Tenant shall keep all radios, television sets, stereos, etc., turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other residents .
24. c. Use of foil and other similar unsightly materials, including but not limited to neon or flashing lights, signs, advertising etc. over or in windows in strictly prohibited. Windows and doors shall not be obstructed. In residential properties where Landlord provides blinds on the windows, such blinds shall not be removed, damaged, or destroyed. If Tenant installs draperies over the blinds, any damage will be repaired or removed by Tenant or at Tenant’s expense. Damage to property, including but not limited to, paint, plaster, cabinets, carpets, floors, furniture or damage to any part of the Premises caused by leaving windows or doors open during inclement weather will be the responsibility of Tenant
24. d. Locks or electronic security systems may NOT be added or changed without prior written permission from Landlord. Locks and the appropriate keys and /or chains added must be left in place upon vacating the Premises. All keys must be returned to Landlo...
Rules, Regulations and Policies. Except as set forth in Sections 2.5, 2.6 2.7 and 2.8, below, the rules, regulations, policies, ordinances, and resolutions of City governing the development of the Project, including permitted uses of the Property, density, and design, improvement, and construction standards and specifications, shall be those in force on the Effective Date of the Agreement and as contained in the Entitlements and this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any ordinance, resolution, rule, regulation or policy of City, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

A. Any school bus driver accumulating over six (6) traffic violation points at any time shall be suspended, without pay, until such time as the point total is six (6) points or fewer. It shall be the responsibility of each driver to notify the Supervisor promptly of any and all traffic citations received whether during work time or off work time and whether inside the State of Ohio or outside the State of Ohio. It shall be the responsibility of each driver to promptly notify the Superintendent upon the issuance of any points for any traffic violations and/or regarding any conviction for any traffic violation.
B. Any driver who becomes ineligible to drive a school bus pursuant to any rule of the State Department of Education or provision of the Ohio Revised Code shall be suspended, without pay, until such time as the condition which caused the ineligibility no longer exists.
C. Any bus malfunction will result in the driver involved being paid at his/her regular hourly rate for the time above the allowable 8-minute variance.
D. The BOARD shall pay for all scheduled driving time and necessitated layover time in driving schedule as determined by the supervisor.
E. No bus is to leave storage earlier than twenty (20) minutes prior to the time the first student on said route is scheduled for pickup, A.M. or P.M.
F. Mid-day absence of more than one (1) week, with prior notification, will be filled by drivers/assistants from mid-day list, before substitute drivers/assistants are asked.
X. Xxxxxx/assistants, by seniority, will be used to cover routes when non-public schools are not in session before substitute driver/assistants are asked to cover routes.

Employee shall abide by and comply in all material respects with all of the rules, regulations, and policies of Employer that may be in effect and amended from time to time, including without limitation (i) Employer's policy of strict adherence to, and compliance with, any and all requirements of the banking, securities, and antitrust laws and regulations, (ii) Employer’s human resources, personnel and benefits policies, and (iii) to the extent applicable, Employer’s Executive Equity Ownership Guidelines and claw-back policy.

The parties recognize that all employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the services and duties prescribed by the School District and its rules, regulations, directives and orders, issued by properly designated officials of the School District. Such rules, regulations, directives and orders may not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
