Expiration of Term of Employment. In the event that the Term of Employment expires following delivery by either party hereto to the other of Notice of Non-Extension, Employee shall be entitled to: (i) the Accrued Obligations; and (ii) any unpaid Annual Bonus in respect to any completed fiscal year which has ended prior to the date of such termination, such amount to be paid at the same time it would otherwise be paid to Employee had no such termination occurred, but in no event later than two and one-half months following the end of the fiscal year to which the Annual Bonus relates. Following such termination of Employee’s employment by Employee without Good Reason, except as set forth in this Section 8(g), Employee shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.
