Expiration of the Representations and Warranties of the Purchaser. The representations and warranties of the Purchaser contained in this Agreement or in any agreement, instrument, certificate or other document given pursuant hereto shall survive Closing; provided, however, that all representations and warranties of the Purchaser shall survive only for a period of twelve months after the Closing Date, at which time they will expire automatically except insofar as a claim for indemnification has been advanced within such twelve month period in relation thereto.
