Common use of Expiration of the Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Expiration of the Restrictions. Unless the Restricted Shares have earlier been forfeited as provided herein, the Restrictions will expire on the earlier to occur of the following events: (i) At 5:00 p.m. Central Time on the day immediately preceding the third anniversary of the Effective Date. (ii) The termination of Xx. Xxxxxxx'x employment Without Cause as that term is defined in the Employment Agreement.
