Expiration of the Subscription Period. Notwithstanding any provision of this Clause 13, Customer’s right to use, and Customer’s access to, the Offering will automatically terminate on expiry of the applicable Subscription Period unless and until the Parties renew or extend the applicable Subscription Period.
