Subscription Term. The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.
Subscription Term. If Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance as part of OSP 7, the subscription begins on the later of the (1) start date of the OSP 7 Term, or (2) date Axon provisions Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Agency. If Agency purchases Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance as a standalone, the subscription begins the later of the (1) date Axon provisions Axon Citizen for Communities, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Agency, or (2) first day of the month following the Effective Date. The subscription term will end upon the completion of the Axon Evidence Subscription associated with the add-on.
Subscription Term. The initial term of each subscription is specified on the Order Form. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term for additional periods equal to one year, unless either party gives the other written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the then-current subscription term.
Subscription Term. If Customer purchases Axon Auto-Transcribe as part of a bundle or Axon Cloud Services subscription, the subscription begins on the later of the (1) start date of the bundle or Axon Cloud Services license term, or (2) date Axon provisions Axon Auto-Transcribe to Customer. If Customer purchases Axon Auto-Transcribe minutes as a standalone, the subscription begins on the date Axon provisions Axon Auto-Transcribe to Customer.
1.1. If Customer cancels Auto-Transcribe services, any amounts owed by the Parties will be based on the amount of time passed under the annual subscription, rather than on the number of minutes used, regardless of usage.
Subscription Term. If Customer purchases Axon Community Request, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance as part of OSP 7 or OSP 10, the subscription begins on the later of the (1) start date of the OSP 7 or OSP 10 Term, or (2) date Axon provisions Axon Community Request Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Customer.
1.1. If Customer purchases Axon Community Request, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance as a standalone, the subscription begins the later of the (1) date Axon provisions Axon Community Request, Axon Redaction Assistant, or Axon Performance to Customer, or (2) first day of the month following the Effective Date.
1.2. The subscription term will end upon the completion of the Axon Evidence Subscription associated with the add- on.
Subscription Term. The initial Subscription Term will commence and expire in accordance with the start date and end date set forth on the Order Form, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 8.2 below. Thereafter, the Subscription shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods (or for such longer period as may be set forth on a renewal Order Form executed by the parties) unless either party gives written notice to the other of its intention not to renew the Subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Subscription Term. The initial Subscription Term, plus any subsequent renewal Subscription Term shall be the “Subscription Term”. For the avoidance of doubt, the term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the Subscription Term.
Subscription Term. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order, each Subscription Term will renew for successive 12-month periods, unless either party gives the other party notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the current Subscription Term ends.
Subscription Term. The TASER 7 Subscription Term for a standalone TASER 7 purchase begins on shipment of the TASER 7 hardware. The TASER 7 Subscription Term for OSP 7 begins on the OSP 7 Start date.
Subscription Term. The Service is provided on a subscription basis for the term specified in your Order Form, in accordance with the respective subscription plan purchased under such Order Form (the “Subscription Term” and the “Subscription Plan”, respectively, and collectively the “Subscription”).
Subscription Term. Unless otherwise specified in an applicable Order Form, SaaS Subscriptions shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect for twelve (12) consecutive months, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, SaaS Subscriptions shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month terms (each a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, collectively, the “Term”) unless Reseller delivers to NEOGOV, or NEOGOV delivers to Reseller, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or the applicable Renewal Term, written notice of such party’s intention to not renew the SaaS Subscriptions, or unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement or the Reseller Agreement. The Term for the Services is a continuous and non-divisible commitment for the full duration regardless of any invoice schedule.
