Expiration or Termination of Call Options. The Call Options shall be irrevocable, but the Call Options and the rights of the Call Option Holder and the obligations of the Holders of Normal Units thereunder shall (a) expire on the Call Option Expiration Date if the Call Settlement Date has not occurred on or prior to such date and (b) automatically terminate upon the occurrence of a Termination Event.
