Expiry Time. After the Expiry Time, all rights under this Compensation Option Certificate and any outstanding Options evidenced hereby, in respect of which the right of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not have been exercised, shall wholly cease and terminate and this Compensation Option Certificate and the Options evidenced hereby shall be void and of no value or effect.
