(Exploration Work Plans and Budgets). 1. Within one (1) Month of the Effective Date and thereafter at least three (3) Months prior to the beginning of each Contract Year during the Exploration Period or at such other times as may mutually be agreed to by Sonangol and Contractor, Contractor shall prepare in reasonable detail an Exploration Work Plan and Budget for the Contract Area setting forth the Exploration operations which Contractor proposes to carry out during the first Contract Year and during the ensuing Contract Year respectively.
