Ethicon understands and recognizes that the Products and other materials made available to it hereunder may be subject to the export administration regulations of the United States Department of Commerce and other United States government regulations related to the export of technical data and equipment and products produced therefrom and hereby agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
