Common use of Export Regulation Clause in Contracts

Export Regulation. The Software and Documentation may be subject to US export control laws, including the Export Control Reform Act and its associated regulations. The Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, or release the Software or Documentation to, or make the Software or Documentation accessible from, any jurisdiction or country to which export, re-export, or release is prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. The Licensee shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and rules, and complete all required undertakings (including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval), prior to exporting, re-exporting, releasing, or otherwise making the Software or Documentation available outside the US.

Export Regulation. The Software and Documentation may be subject to US export control laws, including the US Export Control Reform Administration Act and its associated regulations. The Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, or release the Software or Documentation to, or make the Software or Documentation accessible from, any jurisdiction or country to which export, re-export, or release is prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. The Licensee shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and rules, and complete all required undertakings (including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval), prior to exporting, re-exporting, releasing, or otherwise making the Software or Documentation available outside the US.

The Licensee Client shall not, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, export or release the Licensed Software Programs or Documentation to, or make the Licensed Software Programs or Documentation accessible from, any jurisdiction or country to which export, re-export, export or release is prohibited by law, rule, rule or regulation. The Licensee Client shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, regulations and rules, and complete all required undertakings (including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval), prior to exporting, re-exporting, releasing, releasing or otherwise making the Licensed Software Programs or Documentation available outside the US.

Export Regulation. The Software and Documentation may be subject to US U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Control Reform Administration Act and its associated regulations. The Licensee shall Ordering Activity will not, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, export or release the Software or Documentation to, or make the Software or Documentation accessible from, any jurisdiction or country to which export, re-export, export or release is prohibited by law, rule, rule or regulation. The Licensee shall Ordering Activity will comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, regulations and rules, and complete all required undertakings (including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval), prior to exporting, re-exporting, releasing, releasing or otherwise making the Software or Documentation available outside the US.

The Licensee Customer shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, regulations and rules, and complete all required undertakings (including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval), prior to exporting, re-exporting, releasing, releasing or otherwise making the Licensed Software Programs or Documentation available outside the US.

The Licensee shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and rules, and complete all required undertakings (including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval), prior to exporting, re-exporting, releasing, or otherwise making the Software or Documentation available outside the USUS or to any non-US person or entity.
