Common use of Export Taxes Clause in Contracts

Export Taxes. Except as set out in Annex III.15 neither Party may adopt or maintain any duty, tax or other charge on the export of any good to the territory of the other Party.

Export Taxes. Except as set out provided in Annex III.15 2-C, neither Party may adopt or maintain any tax, duty, tax or other charge on the export of any good to the territory of the other Party, unless the tax, duty, or charge is also adopted or maintained on the good when destined for domestic consumption.
