Common use of Exports Clause in Contracts

Exports. (a) Any of the items imported into Namibia by Company, its subcontractors or their employees, which has not become the property of the Government pursuant to the provisions hereof may be exported by the importing party at any time without payment of any customs duties or other charges. (b) Company shall be free to export any and all Petroleum to which it is entitled pursuant to this Agreement and all Petroleum exported by Company shall be exempt from all charges in respect of exports of Petroleum.
