Common use of EXPOSURE TO BACTERIA, FUNGUS, VIRUS AND UNKNOWN CONTAGIOUS DISEASES Clause in Contracts

EXPOSURE TO BACTERIA, FUNGUS, VIRUS AND UNKNOWN CONTAGIOUS DISEASES. By entering the Premises or when engaging in the Activities, there is a risk of exposure to bacteria, fungus, viruses, unknown contagious diseases and COVID-19, which notwithstanding governmental recommendations and the practices of Urban Air, cannot be eliminated. While Urban Air has put in place preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Urban Air cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19 and entering the Premises and engaging in the Activities may increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVD-19 by entering the Premises or by engaging in the Activities, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death.
