EXPRESS CANCELLATION CLAUSE. Art. 12.1 - Apart from what has been established elsewhere in the Agreement, irrespective of the progress of the activities being carried on, MIX shall have the right by law to terminate the Agreement pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Civil Code, should the Company incur in lack of compliance by a: (a) breach of the confidentiality obligations set forth in Article 13 (Privacy); (b) failure to comply with its obligations under article 6 (Obligations and responsibilities of the Company); (c) breach of the obligations referred to in article 10 (No Assignment of Agreement and credits)
