Express Duties Only. CTC shall have no duties or obligations whatsoever except such duties and obligations as are specifically set forth in this Agreement, and no covenant or obligation shall be implied in this Agreement against CTC. CTC shall have no discretion whatsoever with respect to the management, disposition or investment of the assets of any Fund and is not a fiduciary to the Trust or any Fund. In no event shall CTC be liable for any country risks (as described in part in Section 3.4 above) associated with investments in a particular country.
