Common use of Express Waiver Clause in Contracts

Express Waiver. 5.1 The parties agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire contract between them governing the rates of pay and working conditions of employees in the bargaining unit during the term hereof, and settles all demands by the parties during negotiations. 5.2 Accordingly, the parties each expressly waives the right during the term of this Agreement to demand, discuss or negotiate upon any subject without the consent of the other party. 5.3 This section shall not limit the use of the grievance and arbitration procedures of this Collective Agreement. Differences over rates for new jobs arising during the life of the contract may be processed through the grievance and arbitration procedure.
