Expungement of Records. In keeping with the parties’ Agreement that discipline is to be corrective, all files maintained concerning an employee shall be expunged of any reference to such employee's disciplinary history if there has been no recurrence of the type or kind of conduct giving rise to the discipline in accordance with the following schedule: Written reprimand - three (3) years Disciplinary suspension - no expungement Discipline involving a violation of the City's anti-harassment/non-discrimination Policy - no expungement The burden of effecting such expungement shall be on the employee.
