Extended Leave Concurrent with FMLA Clause Samples

Extended Leave Concurrent with FMLA. The period of the extended leave shall be counted toward the teacher’s twelve (12) week annual FMLA leave allowance and shall run concurrently with leave under FMLA for which the teacher is eligible.
