Extended Services Support. ImageSoft will use its commercially reasonable efforts to correct any properly reported defect(s) (non-conformity to design or functional specifications mutually confirmed and agreed upon by ImageSoft and Customer) in any configurations or custom software development provided by ImageSoft, and fully paid for by Customer.
