Common use of Extension of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Extension of Agreement. The term of the Agreement is hereby extended through February 8, 2008. Upon expiration of the term, as so extended, the Corporation shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether the Agreement shall be renewed upon such terms as it deems advisable.
