Common use of Extension of Bridge Period Clause in Contracts

Extension of Bridge Period. The Bridge Period may be extended beyond the period of ninety (90) days after execution of this Agreement upon the occurrence of one of the following events: (i) mutual agreement of the parties; or (ii) Investor reasonably determines, in its discretion, that further time is needed to complete the Bridge Period Activities, and Investor is willing to provide reasonable additional Bridge Funding for the period of such extension.
