Common use of Extension of Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Extension of Closing Date. The Closing Date, as defined in Section 5.2 of the Original Agreement, shall be extended to be the date which is on or before December 15, 1998. Any and all differing dates or time periods and references to same in the Purchase Agreement are hereby deleted or modified accordingly.
