Fax/Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by telex, telecopy or other facsimile transmission, and such facsimile transmission shall be valid and binding to the same extent as if it were an original. Further, this Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, all of which when taken together shall constitute the same documents. For all evidentiary purposes, any one complete counter set of this Agreement shall be considered an original.
Fax/Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed by telex, telecopy or other facsimile transmission, and may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall together constitute one agreement.
Fax/Counterparts. This Agreement may be entered by the parties by signing any one or more counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall become effective when one or more counterparts shall have been executed by each party and delivered to each other party. This Agreement may be delivered to such other parties via fax. Any party's taxed signature shall be deemed an original and binding signature as of the date set forth above.
Fax/Counterparts. It is understood and agreed that this Addendum shall be and become binding upon being executed in counterparts. Additionally, telefax signatures shall be binding the same as originals.
Fax/Counterparts. A facsimile of this Agreement and notices sent according to Section 13 generated in good form from a telecopier "fax" machine (as well as a photocopy thereof) shall be treated as "original" documents admissible into evidence unless a document's authenticity is genuinely placed in question.
Fax/Counterparts. This Agreement may be validly executed and delivered by fax or other electronic transmission and in one or more counterpart signature pages.
