Common use of Extension of Credit Request Clause in Contracts

Extension of Credit Request. The Administrative Agent shall have received an Extension of Credit Request with respect to the Construction VP Letter of Credit or the Term VP Letter of Credit, as the case may be, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-3.
