No Extension of Credit. The Company has not, directly or indirectly, including through a Subsidiary, extended credit, arranged to extend credit, or renewed any extension of credit, in the form of a personal loan, to or for any director or executive officer of the Company.

Nothing in this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing, or any course of dealing between the Customer, the Secured Party or the Securities Intermediary, commits or obligates the Securities Intermediary to extend any overdraft or other credit to the Customer or the Secured Party.
