Common use of Extension of Deadlines Clause in Contracts

Extension of Deadlines. The parties involved may extend all time limits by mutual agreement. This must be shown by a document signed by the parties or their duly authorized representatives. If the parties or their representatives cannot meet in person to sign the agreement before the deadline, the agreement can be noted via email, then printed and signed as soon as is practical. In such cases, the email communication must reflect the concurrence of both sides to the extension.
