Extension of fixed-term contract. 1 If the employee continues to work with the apparent approval of the employer after the expiry of the term for which the employment contract was concluded, the employment contract shall be deemed to have been concluded again for the same period, although never for more than one year, and under the same conditions. 1a Instead of paragraph 1, the statutory rules in Articles 668, paragraph 4 of Book 7 of the Netherlands Civil Code (see Appendix O) apply for Radboud UMC and VUMC.
